Rental Agreement
 
 

I,(we)____________________________(hereinafter referred to as Lessee(s), purchase the right to rent from Golf Course Cabins (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" a private ____bedroom home located at #4205 Island Park, Idaho and owned by Mountain Vista rentals. Commencing on_____________and continuing for _____nights, for the price of $____________per night. This home is to be occupied by ______adult persons, & ____children under 18 years of age. Additional persons will be charged $_____per night per person. No persons occupying Recreational Vehicles will be allowed to stay over night on the property without prior approval.

PAYMENT PROCEEDURE:

In order for your reservation to be confirmed, this form and your security deposit must be received and accepted by Mountain Vista rentals as follows:

1. A .SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $300.00. is required IN ADVANCE.
2. FULL PAYMENT of the Total Amount of Rent…$___________is due prior to 4 WEEKS BEFORE  occupancy.  IT IS MOST CONVENIENT TO SEND 2 CHECKS WITH THE RENT POST-DATED TO ONE MONTH BEFORE OCCUPANCY.

1. If a reservation is canceled less than 4 weeks prior to rental date a 3 night minimum will be charged and Security Deposit will be forfeited.
2. Usual proceedure for the Village and Rental Cabins in general:  Check in time:3:00 p.m.  Check out Time:  11:00 a.m.

After departure, the unit will be inspected and an inventory will be made. If the inspection reveals that the home has been left cleaned up and orderly and that there has been no damage or theft during the period of occupancy the security deposit will be refunded within approximately 15 days from the last day of occupancy. (Renter will be expected to wash dishes, and sack all garbage and take to Garbage Truck parked north of the Housekeeping Building in the Village. Re-make beds with fresh sheets & pillowcases provided, the laundry should be left in front of the locked laundry door downstairs. Vacuum your way out so you can find your things better.  A 50 dollar charge will be made if the cabin needs to have these services provided.)

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I BEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSULTING WITH LEGAL COUNSEL WHERE NOT UNDERSTOOD.
